We always answer our phone
Smart Coats representatives are available to take your call from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. everyday. We will take a message or transfer you directly to a person in the field. If you would like an estimate on any type of home improvement project, we will work within your schedule to set up an appointment at your convenience. Not only do we set appointments, we keep them!

Every project is managed by a professional
A Project Manager is assigned to oversee your entire painting project from start to finish. Your Project Manager will keep you informed at all times on the status of the project, as well as answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. We communicate with you on a constant basis which we believe is critical to the success of our work and our reputation.

We call you after the project is complete
With our Quality Check Program, every job is surveyed by an Independent Quality Assurance Team. They will contact you approximately one to three weeks after the project has been finished to ensure it was completed to your satisfaction.
