Do you have liability insurance and worker’s compensation?

We have $2,000,000 Liability Insurance as well as Full Worker’s Compensation.

What if I have a problem after the job is completed?

We’re here to help! With our 4 Year Warranty we stand behind our work. We’ll do the job right the first time. Unfortunately, weather conditions do cause some homes to peel or blister within four years of being painted. If your home is one of them, call us at 1-800-232-1851, and we’ll send someone to assess the paint job and determine whether our warranty covers it. If the warranty covers the damage, Smart Coats will fix the job immediately.

Are your painters supervised?

Yes. A Job Site Manager supervises every job, and reports directly to the Project Manager. The Job Site Manager is on-site and available to answer your questions. All of our painters have at least 7 years experience and have an outstanding professional manner.
